This road connects with Church Road behind the Parish Nursery School and runs north-south behind the Kleinpeter Activity Center, in front of the School Administration Building and connects with Students' Way. It was named for Fr. James Finnegan who expanded the St. George campus with the purchase of 20 additional acres. Fr. Finnegan was also responsible for starting the school and adding several new buildings. He was pastor from 1957 to 1972.
