This building was originally built in 1980 as a school administration building and school library. Through the efforts of the Building Our Future Capital Campaign, it was renovated in 1997 into a building housing school administration, faculty services, conference room, health services, teachers' lounge, and storage areas. Another renovation in the summer of 2004 changed the office space and the front entrance of the building. It is located on the eastern part of the school campus, across from St. John Neumann Hall.
